At kidSPACE we partner with parents to guide their children to ask Jesus to be their forever friend and in discovering how much He loves them. Here you will find all that we do to try and facilitate this, especially during this difficult time.
When we are in-person:
kidSPACE TOTS is back in person! It takes place on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m in the main church building.
What to expect?
kidSPACE is NOT just babysitting! When your kids are with us, they will hear a Bible lesson at their own level of understanding and experience the love of Jesus through their leaders.
Safety is our number one priority so please be sure to stop by our check in station. Here a volunteer will greet you and guide you through our quick, computerized check in process. This increases classroom security and provides quick and easy access to families attending the service. Please allow a few extra minutes on your first visit to get registered for check in.
Both the nursery (0-2) and preschool (2-5) have their own lessons that are repeated throughout the month. This allows the story and lesson to really sink in and relate to their own personal lives. The babies get to learn the very basics about God, Jesus, Church, and how they fit into their lives. The preschoolers are currently working their way through many Old Testament stories.
Due to copyrights, we are unable to share the monthly lessons online. However they are sent out in an email each month. If you would like to access the lessons, please contact Megan to be added to the monthly email list.
The focus for the nursery lesson in May is People at Church Help Me. In this lesson they will learn about how Jesus helped His friends by washing their feet and that God gives people to help them. They will develop an awareness of Jesus and associate Him with being loved and helped.
The Bible story for the preschool in May is Hannah and her son Samuel (1 Samuel 1:9. In it they will learn that Hannah loved her son
